Donna Marshall, LCSW is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years experience in the medical and mental health field. After receiving her MSW from New York University in 1996, she spent the next 17 years working in the Boston area in various clinical positions. Donna moved back to the Philadelphia area, where she is originally from, along with her husband and 2 children in order to be closer to family in 2013. Her most recent positions include being a behavioral health consultant in a primary care setting in Philadelphia for PHMC and working for the Veterans Administration in Coatesville where she worked on an in-patient addictions unit. Donna is an active listener who likes to collaborate with her clients and provide a positive and personal approach in working to improve your overall well-being. She has extensive experience working with women and families coping with depression, anxiety, trauma and mood disorders.
Women place a lot of unnecessary pressure on themselves for a variety of reasons. I find this to be most evident following the birth of a child. I have been committed to working with women in order to help them understand their unique reasons for feeling this way and in looking at new ways to approach situations going forward.
