As a music therapist, professional counselor, and certified birth and bereavement doula, I am passionate about building up women, their partners, and their families so that we can fill the world with more health and peace. I provide musical and verbal support help to facilitate personal explorations where moms and partners identify inner resources to help them travel peacefully through pregnancy, birth, and life with a new baby. When moms and partners experience distress after a baby is born, I offer a safe space where families can identify new coping mechanisms and move forward in healthy ways.
