Navigating motherhood can be both incredibly joyous and challenging. Our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors all influence our perspective and I aim to provide tools and strategies to empower and encourage women who are managing the transition into motherhood and other difficult situations. My goal is to provide a safe space where clients feel validated and to offer evidence-based therapies to promote healing and growth.
