Accommodations

 

We recommend that trainees reserve overnight lodging at Normandy Farm. Guest rooms are available at a discounted rate of $169 per night (single or double occupancy) for training participants. Rooms are limited and available on a first-come-first-serve basis so we encourage you to book your reservation as soon as possible. Rooms sell out quickly, as they are often blocked off for large events. When that happens, the unused rooms are released to the public 60 days prior to the date of the events so check back 60 days before the training date to see if rooms have opened up!

To Make Room Reservation at Normandy:

​

1. Go to NormandyFarm.com.

2. Click “Book Your Stay” brown bar (opens a new tab)  

3. Under Guests & Rooms, go to “Add Code” and click the drop down menu  

4. Click to change from “Discount Code” to “Group Attendee”, enter code  PSCO24
       *this is where people get stuck, they miss the drop down  and pay full price outside of the block rate* 

5. Click “Add” to move forward, roll to bottom of screen  

6. Click “Select & Go To Next Step”  

7. Guests will then tap the Check In date and tap the Check Out Date  

8. Click “Confirm Dates of Stay” at the bottom if desired dates are correct  

9. Choose one of the available room types; will display info of your selection  

10. Click "Add Room & Check Out", then proceed to enter profile/card details  

11. Enter all *necessary* fields and click "Complete Reservation"

Breakfast is served at the conference center from 7:00 am to 9:00 am. Please plan your meal so you can meet in our training room, the HAWTHORN ROOM, a few minutes before 9:00 am. We will break during each day for a hot/cold buffet lunch (to be served in our meeting room) and for 2 snack breaks, fees for which are also included in your registration.

Normandy Farm provides meal options for individuals with most dietary restrictions.

Transportation Information

Normandy Farm is located at 1401 Morris Road, Blue Bell, PA 19422, approximately 20 miles or 45 minutes from Philadelphia International Airport.

  • Directions from Airport: 95 South to 476. Take to Plymouth Meeting exit. Upon exiting take Germantown Pike West to DeKalb Pike (202). Turn Right on DeKalb (North) to Morris Road. Normandy Farm on Left. (Drive is approx 45 minutes or 20 miles from Airport.)

  • Uber: Normandy Farm staff estimates that Uber from Philadelphia International Airport to the conference center is $50.

  • Tripano Airport Shuttle (215) 616-5370 Reserve online

  • Train: The closest station to Normandy Farm is the Gwynedd Valley Station on the Landsdale-Doylestown Septa Line. If you choose to take the train, Normandy Farm provides shuttle transportation free of charge. When you arrive in Gwynedd Valley, call their front desk and the next shuttle will be sent to pick you up. Train schedules are available at www.septa.org. Please note that if you are flying into Philadelphia International, you will need to take a train/cab/Uber to 30th Street Station to catch the correct train to Normandy Farm.

Directions to Normandy Farm

From the New Jersey Turnpike & East 

  1. Follow the New Jersey Turnpike to the Pennsylvania Turnpike (Exit 6 on NJ Turnpike. )

  2. Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike to the Norristown Exit (Exit 333).

  3. From the Norristown Exit, follow road signs to Plymouth Road. Follow around to the light and make a left at the stop sign. Go to the light (Germantown Pike West) and make a right.

  4. Stay on Germantown Pike (pass Plymouth Meeting Mall on right) for 2.5 miles to Route 202.

  5. Turn right onto Route 202 North (AKA “DeKalb Pike”.) Continue on Route 202 North for approximately 4-5 miles to Morris Road.

  6. Turn left onto Morris Road. (At the intersection of Route 202 & Morris Road you will see a large white, wall bearing the red Normandy Farm script logo.)

  7. After the left turn onto Morris Road, make first right (100 feet) into main entrance of the property.

 

From Philadelphia Airport & South 

  1. Upon leaving the airport, follow signs to 95 South

  2. Take 95 South (do not get into far left lane) for approx. 5 miles and follow signs to I-476 North, Exit 7 towards Plymouth Meeting.

  3. Take I-476 North to the Germantown Pike West exit (on the right just before the toll booths at the PA Turnpike.) Stay on Germantown Pike (pass Plymouth Meeting Mall on right) for 2.5 miles to Route 202.

  4. Turn right onto Route 202 North (AKA “DeKalb Pike.”) Continue on Route 202 North for approximately 4-5 miles.

  5. Turn left onto Morris Road. (At intersection of Route 202 & Morris Road you will see a large, white wall bearing the red Normandy Farm script logo.)

  6. After the left run onto Morris Road, make first right (100 feet) into main entrance of the property.

 

Route 76 to Route 476 

  1. Follow 76 to Route 476 North to the Germantown Pike West Exit (this will be to the right before the toll booths.) Follow the exit ramp to Germantown Pike West.

  2. Stay on Germantown Pike (pass Plymouth Meeting mall on right) for 2.5 miles to Route 202.)

  3. Turn right onto Route 202 North (AKA “DeKalb Pike.”) Continue on Route 202 North for approximately 4-5 miles.

  4. Turn left onto Morris Road. (At the intersection of Route 202 & Morris Road you will see a large, white wall bearing the red Normandy Farm script logo.)

  5. After the left run onto Morris Road, make first right (100 feet) into main entrance of the property

 

Route 309 to Route 202 South & North 

  1. Follow Route 309 to Route 202 South (AKA “DeKalb Pike.”)

  2. Follow Route 202 South to Morris Road (approximately 10 minutes from this point.)

  3. You will see Normandy Farm on right (behind a large, white wall.) Turn right at light onto Morris Road.

  4. Once on Morris Road, make first right (100 feet) into the main entrance of the property.
