Courtney Calderon
Psychotherapist

Courtney specializes in the treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including
anxiety, depression, and OCD. She is dedicated to helping women navigate the
challenges of fertility, pregnancy loss, and the relational dynamics that often accompany
these life experiences. Courtney’s work focuses on supporting women throughout all
stages of motherhood, helping them find intention, connection, and joy in their journeys
as they embrace the transformative changes of becoming a mother. She takes a
person-centered approach, meeting clients where they are and creating a safe, non-
judgmental space for exploration and healing.
Courtney earned her Master’s degree in Counseling and Human Services from Lehigh
University in 2019 and has since gained extensive experience working in a variety of
settings as both a therapist and clinical supervisor. After having her first child and
learning first-hand about the challenges of new motherhood, Courtney went on to
pursue specialized training in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support
International. This equipped her with the knowledge and skills to support new parents
during this challenging and rewarding time in their lives. Through both professional and
personal experience, Courtney understands the importance of finding balance and joy
amidst the overwhelming identity shift that often accompanies this life stage. Her
ultimate goal is to help clients embrace their journey with confidence, knowing they
have a supportive ally by their side.
"Motherhood is a journey that expands the spectrum of emotions, from the heights of joy to the depths of sadness and grief. No one is meant to navigate this path alone. It is my privilege to offer support and be a part of your village, guiding you through the complexities of motherhood with understanding and care."
