  1. The Art of Holding in Therapy: An Essential Intervention for Postpartum Depression and Anxiety
  2. Dropping the Baby and Other Scary Thoughts: Breaking the Cycle of Unwanted Thoughts in Motherhood (Not necessary to read entire book but you more familiar you are with the nature of scary thoughts, the more you will learn in the training)

Optional Reading

  1. This Isn’t What I Expected: Overcoming Postpartum Depression (make sure it’s the revised, second edition!)
